Alex M, Sleep Client Review
“As a 3rd time mom, I had never experienced sleep issues with a toddler and after weeks of sleepless nights, I turned to Amanda for help. She gave me quick action steps to take and helped me understand the potential reasons for the poor sleep. Within 4 days of trying her tips we started seeing significant improvement. Our entire family is thankful we can all get a good night’s sleep again!”

"After experiencing a dip in my milk supply, I went from pumping just 10ml to 105ml in a single session, all thanks to Amanda's expert advice. I’m incredibly grateful for her and her invaluable knowledge!"
Meet Amanda
After feeling immense pressure to breastfeed—both from my job as a breast pump sales rep and the financial reality of not being able to afford formula—I struggled deeply with my first breastfeeding journey. I dealt with postpartum anxiety, nipple trauma, mastitis, the overwhelming feeling of just wanting my body back, and more. Despite these challenges, I pushed through and exclusively breastfed for 9 months. Due to my lack of education, my milk supply dropped, and my daughter went on a nursing strike. Upset with myself, lost and desperate on how to get her to sleep at night without nursing, I turned to the "cry it out" sleep training method because it was the only solution I could find on Google. Between the lack of resources, support and education, it all left me feeling like I wasn’t doing enough, and I don’t want other moms to feel the same. This experience sparked my passion for lactation and sleep consulting—so I could empower moms with the knowledge and support they need to reach their breastfeeding goals and get the sleep the whole family deserves. I want all moms to enjoy their journey, no matter what it looks like.
