  • Infant Feeding & Behavior: Teach hunger/fullness cues, normal feeding patterns, weight monitoring, and ways to soothe a fussy or gassy baby.

  • Pumping & Returning to Work: Teach hand expression, optimize pump use, guide milk storage, and create personalized pumping schedules.

  • Specialized Support: Offer prenatal education, assist with nipple shields or bottle transitions, support multiples or unique feeding situations, and guide healthy weaning.

  • Emotional & Psychosocial Support: Build confidence, help with postpartum adjustment, and advocate for breastfeeding rights.

Can you really get help with breastfeeding virtually?

Yes! Most breastfeeding challenges can be assessed and resolved through virtual support. With video, photos, and real-time guidance, I can see your baby’s latch, feeding position, and behavior—just like I would in person. You’ll get step-by-step coaching and immediate feedback without leaving the comfort of your home, which is especially helpful in those early days.

How do the virtual consults work?

Virtual consults are done via secure video call. Before we get started, you’ll fill out an intake form so we can jump right into what matters most to you in that moment. Each session is personalized with actionable steps and follow-up support when needed.

What if I decide to stop breastfeeding during our 4 weeks together?

My role is to support you—no matter what feeding path you choose. If you decide that breastfeeding is no longer the best fit for you and your baby, our time together will simply shift to helping you transition with confidence, protect your emotional well-being, and make sure your baby continues to thrive. This isn’t about “quitting” or “failing”—it’s about making an informed choice that works for your family, and I’m here to guide you through that process with the same level of care and attention.

Do you take insurance?

I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Superbills are available upon request, and coverage varies depending on your specific insurance plan.

What if I don’t use all 3 of my calls?

I encourage you to use all of your calls so we can make the most of your support time together. Unused calls do expire at the end of your 4 weeks, as this program is designed for real-time, ongoing guidance. Even if things are going smoothly, we can use your calls to check in, troubleshoot, or prepare for the next stage of your breastfeeding journey.
