The Blueprint: Personalized Sleep Plan
Hi, I’m Amanda! The Blueprint is designed for families ready to improve sleep without losing connection or sacrificing feeding goals. This package gives you a detailed, custom sleep plan tailored to your baby’s unique needs — just clear, actionable steps to help your family rest better.
Does this sound like you?
✔ You’re exhausted from sleepless nights, bedtime battles, and juggling feeding with sleep struggles.
✔ Your baby wakes multiple times at night, leaving you with only a few hours of rest.
✔ Nap times for your baby or toddler are short, inconsistent, or nonexistent.
✔Your toddler fights bedtime, refuses to stay in bed, or cries endlessly at night.
✔You want your child to sleep better without compromising breastfeeding, pumping, or your feeding goals.
✔You wish you had a clear, actionable plan tailored to your child’s needs and your family’s lifestyle.
The Problem…
👉🏻 Whether you’re a breastfeeding parent navigating night feeds or a parent of a toddler struggling with bedtime battles, getting your child to sleep can feel overwhelming and impossible.
👉🏻 For breastfeeding parents, many sleep consultants don’t understand lactation, while some lactation consultants advise against sleep training—often leaving you confused, exhausted, and unsure how to balance sleep with feeding.
👉🏻 For parents of toddlers 12 months and older, bedtime struggles, short or skipped naps, early wake-ups, and resistance at night can turn every day into a battle of willpower, exhaustion, and frustration.
👉🏻 Without a clear, personalized plan that takes your child’s age, temperament, and your family’s goals into account, it’s easy to feel stuck, drained, and unsure how to help your child sleep—whether you’re nursing, bottle-feeding, or moving past the baby stage entirely.
Imagine this:
⭐️ Your baby or toddler falls asleep more easily and stays asleep longer, whether it’s night or nap time.
⭐️ You have predictable, calm bedtime and nap routines that fit your family’s schedule and feeding needs.
⭐️ Nights are restful for everyone, leaving you energized, patient, and confident.
⭐️ You maintain a strong bond with your child, whether through breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or simply being present and connected.
⭐️ You have a clear, step-by-step plan tailored to your child’s age, temperament, and your family’s lifestyle.
⭐️ You finally feel in control instead of exhausted, navigating sleep challenges with ease and confidence.
With The Blueprint, this isn’t a dream—it’s a reality. ⭐️ You’ll have the tools, strategies, and guidance to move from frustrated and sleep-deprived to rested, confident, and connected, no matter your child’s age or feeding stage.

Yes, when done appropriately and with love, sleep training is safe. It doesn’t harm your baby emotionally or physically. Here (click the blank space) It’s a great article regarding sleep training and attachment!

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that babies sleep in their parents’ room — close to your bed — for at least the first 6 months, and ideally up to 12 months, to help reduce the risk of SIDS. While the AAP provides clear safety guidelines for infant sleep, they do not have an official policy against sleep training before 12 months. Their primary focus is safe sleep practices, room-sharing for protection, and supporting bonding during the first year.
AAP Safe Sleep Guidelines for the First Year Include:
• Room-sharing: Keep your baby’s crib or bassinet in your room for at least 6 months, ideally up to one year.
• Back to sleep: Always place your baby on their back for every sleep — naps and nighttime.
• Firm, flat surface: Use a firm, flat mattress with a fitted sheet and no incline.
• Clear sleep space: Keep the crib free from blankets, pillows, bumpers, and toys.
• Avoid unsafe surfaces: Couches, armchairs, and soft or inclined sleepers are not safe for infant sleep. When it comes to sleep training, the AAP focuses more on how babies sleep (safely) rather than setting a strict age rule against teaching independent sleep. Many families begin establishing healthy sleep habits around 4–6 months, and consistent bedtime routines can begin as early as 6 weeks to gently support better sleep over time.

Many babies show improvement within 3-7 nights, but consistency is key.
-
Yes, once your baby learns to fall asleep independently, nap quality often improves. Naps may take longer to regulate than nighttime sleep since wake windows change frequently in the first year.
-
Some crying is normal - it’s how babies communicate frustration with change. Stay consistent and supportive. There are a few sleep training techniques that you can choose from that involve parental presence and reassurance.
-
Yes. Sleep training doesn’t mean night weaning unless your baby is ready. I would highly recommend to work with a lactation consultant during the sleep training process to protect your milk supply.
